Secrets to Dog Training Download
Secrets to Dog Training provides an extraordinarily comprehensive and detailed
look at how you can both prevent and handle the more frequent problem behaviors shown by dogs. As the owner of
a somewhat difficult pup myself, I have invested a great deal of time browsing the internet for trustworthy
resources on this subject. I must say that the degree of expertise and detail found within the pages of the
Secrets to Dog Training download is very exacting for an online guide.
Aside from that, the content at hand is actually (surprise!) reliable. Yes, that’s correct - this one is a
completely new kettle of fish. Authored by a veteran dog trainer, you are able to relax knowing that all of the
advice and tips provided are tried and tested, and come from Stevens’ real-life experiences as a professional dog
trainer. Additionally there is a straight-talking, easy to understand 30-minute downloadable video that provides
real-life examples of dog bad behavior as well as answers and solutions to modify them.
What’s Covered in the Secrets to Dog Training
Download?
There is quite an exceptional variety of information packed into this informative guide. It is not only the
problem behaviors that are covered: the ebook begins with new-owner help and advice (how to select a puppy/dog, the
best places to get one from, dog breed information, puppy/dog-proofing your home, the very first veterinary visit,
housetraining, etc.) then progresses to the more advanced information: behavioral issues (for example aggression,
dominance, chewing, digging, excessive barking, separation anxiety, to name just a few), intermediate-level
obedience commands, health-related pet dog issues (allergies, cat/dog coexistence, fleas, heatstroke, and so
forth), as well as advanced commands and tricks.
The 30-minute downloadable video offers a fantastic insight into a dog’s mission to be the alpha dog and just
how you can stop this. Its quick steps to stop undesirable behaviors such as house-training right the way through
to leash pulling are so incredibly easy you can begin trying them out on your own dog right away.
Especially Good
Parts in the Secrets to Dog Training
Download
Besides the material mentioned above, the Secrets to Dog Training download also includes a really impressive
section on dog whispering, which, just in case you haven’t heard about it already, is a method of dog training
primarily based on a philosophy of clear communication and mutual respect. It has been made popular in recent times
by Cesar Millan (“The Dog Whisperer”), and is becoming more and more well-known as an alternative solution and
humane way of correcting and training your dog. Secrets to Dog Training has devoted a whole section to dog
whispering: Daniel Stevens describes the background of the approach, how you can make use of your voice and body
language to your best advantage, and the way to use the approach to calmly, assertively, and successfully correct
and train your dog. Step-by-step directions are included for the common commands (sit, down, come, stay, quiet,
etc.).
It makes for some really interesting reading and, after trying out the basic principles on my own disobedient
pup, I was astonished at how effective the methods suggested are. Strongly recommended!
I Love Freebies (Who Doesn’t?)
There is something about receiving something for free. And even though my magpie-like greed could possibly have
led me into less-than-productive purchases previously, in this particular instance I am pleased to report that my
Secrets to Dog Training download has not let me down: the free items offered with this guide aren't just numerous,
they are in fact useful!
The ebook itself costs $39.95. For this price, you receive a comprehensive and detailed guide on training your
dog, preventing and dealing with behavioral problems, plus a whole bunch of general-knowledge advice and tips.
In addition, you receive a selection of useful free gifts: four bonus books, dealing respectively with advanced
housebreaking how-to’s and troubleshooting (including both the paper- and crate-training approaches); an in-depth
study on handling dog aggression; how to correctly groom your pet (including facts about coat care for specific
breeds, dental care, and nail-clipping how-to’s); and lastly, how to start training your dog for security work.
As said before, there is a bonus 30-minute downloadable video that takes a no-fuss approach to practical
remedies for dog obedience problems.
Yet another especially helpful freebie: a personalized consultation with a member of the Kingdom of Pets staff.
If you have a problem with your dog for which you would like some individual attention, you can send them a fast
e-mail and get a personalized, detailed response full of expert help and advice and useful tips.
Secrets to Dog Training: A Thumbnail Sketch
Altogether, I am really impressed with this package. I have had dogs off and on my entire life, beginning with
when I was 10 years old - I would have thought that I was better-prepared than most people to deal with the
idioidiosyncrasies and quirks of my doggy friends.
But ever since reading this guide, I feel my pre-Secrets to Dog Training self was maybe a bit more complacent
than well-informed - I have discovered much more since reading this guide than I have learned in a near-lifetime’s
worth of contact with dogs (do you know how you can stop your dog from pulling on the leash without the need for a
check-chain? Well, I do - but until I got hold of a copy of this guide, I certainly didn’t!)
Many of the methods of training provide a refreshingly common-sense, down-to-earth approach to training your
dog; some others need a a bit more effort (take dog whispering for instance) yet deliver some really spectacular
results. I liked the way in which more than one training approach is outlined, to permit the reader to pick and
choose the methods that best suit themselves and their individual dogs.
I have no misgivings in recommending this package to anybody who owns, or is considering owning, a dog. You do
not need to have a “problem pet” for the guide to be of help: there is information provided that will be of
assistance to any and all dog owners.
